people stuck in my house

The very first thing is check your lot traits to make sure one of them isn't responsible. For example: If the mascot is also a vampire, you may have the lot trait vampire nexus. If none could be the problem, go to next thing.

Go to manage worlds, move your sim out. Then select the house and enter it in build mode. Copy the the house to your library. Then delete the house. Move your sim back onto the property, open your library in the gallery and put the house back.

Maybe try to send them home with MCCC.

Travel with them somewhere and then go back home alone.

We sure you didnt lock your main door. I discovered that , even talking about special sims, like the one you are mentioning, if you have your main door locked or all doors locked they cant leave your house... (i know, as again, dumb mechanic but that happened to me lol).

Shift click - Delete object(debug) .

I've been finding LittleMsSam's Force to Leave mod very helpful for many situations like this.

I would use the MCCC mod to delete the offenders. Since I got it, my game has been sooooo much nicer

You don't need mods or cheat-codes to get rid of them. Just go find them in the household management menu and delete the household, which is probably just one person each.

Otherwise go place that household on a lot as a played household, even an empty one. Have they/them do stuff for a short while, then evict them and switch them back to un-played. :D

I got rid of a townie Sim this way recently. She kept turning up to my restaurant basically naked :D (this was an issue with a CC clothing item, I believe. I can't tell which item in order to delete the CC though, so I just deleted the Sim).

Haha! That's happened to me, Either a 'naked' Sim, or one with 'broken' clothing with the red and white checkers and the black question marks, lol! :D

That would do it. Though I've done that deliberately so Sims couldn't leave. >:)
