Level 33 quest line stuck
I did see a couple of posting that the listed order in the sticky was out of order. Seems like he last 6 or so would be don first. This may be what your problem is

Anyone else not able to send all the adults to serve time? I was able to send every one on the list, but not Kent Brockman. He was available, but he didn't have the task. My plan was to just send them all, not just 20. Oh well.
