Level 33 quest line stuck
I did see a couple of posting that the listed order in the sticky was out of order. Seems like he last 6 or so would be don first. This may be what your problem is

If you do it thru the taskbook prompts, yes, you would only get 20. But there were definitely others. But also not all (Eddie, Lou, and ironically the mob guys, and others) could go.
