Level 33 update issue

Installed the update yesterday and was looking forward to waking up this morning so I could collect the last bit of dollar needed to buy the SWAT van. But no, I levelled up during my morning tap and way over 100,000 dollars disappeared :-( Just gone! Although I'm at the highest level I don't make a huge amount of money, despite opting for short tasks all day, so this is going to put me behind by a few days!

Anybody else has the same issue? Is there a way of letting EA know, and is it worth it?
