Level 40 complaint.

Yeah agree with most people here it is a drop in the bucket. I'm pretty new to max level and the only thing this update did to my cash is delay building the Escalator to Nowhere by a few days.

I didn't even see how much it cost. I'm so glad I didn't start buying more land.

I myself find it high mainly because I started playing tsto only this year at the v. day event timeline. I have reach level 40 like everyone else as of today. But at same time I finished the squidport building all first (don't have premium squidport buildlings). Because of that I ended up having 3 level quests being done at the time. Now since easter started I have been doing levels 35-39 all at the same time. So because of that I now earn 120-150K (average 40K with house farming, average 50K with character quest lines and average 55-62K with friend visits). And I still haven't built KL (don't plan on doing that until maybe after I get all the land of SF first).

better build KL shuttle at last, this way you can get the event exclusive items for it if they come or else you could lose on them

Sorry, thought ^ was quite fitting.

The main complaint is that it requires you to take away Ralph, one of the few characters who can earn a couple of paltry eggs in a whopping 16-hour task, and use him to advance the quest line.

Smooth work there EA.

I was amazed when I saw how much it cost. I'm about a third of the way there, so it's gonna be end of the week before I'll be able to actually play through the character's questline.

That said, 160 donuts for a guy who, to my knowledge, is pretty much just a background character. Has he ever had a full episode or even b plot story in the show?

I don't see a problem with the price. By the time new players reach this level, they should have plenty of characters to make money. I just spent most of what I on the last pieces of land simply because I had nothing else but decorations to spend it on. It may take a few days to get enough but what's the hurry? It's not going anywhere.
