Level 60+
I've just noticed I can't buy any more buildings without using donuts? Is this right? Is level 60 the end?

They aren't quests as such, they were events. EA seems to be bringing more older event stuff back recently but yes, you'll have to buy most of it with donuts. That's not as bad as it sounds though. Read up about donut farming and you'll be fine. I'm a completely freemium player and have probably spent over 1000 donuts in the last few months.
