Liberty bell
It wasn't an xmas item. I saw it in neighbors' towns when I first started playing last July. Must've been from a prior event, because I've never had an opportunity to buy or win it yet.

Yep, & free lol- It was part of the 4th of July update. You got the Liberty Bell decoration for free once you completed the quest line.
