To support the game, I bought a tray of 132 donuts + Libido, but the game got unresponsive after the purchase. After restarting the game, the character Libido is gone from the "shop", but she is not in my game. I checked the "Love and War" Collection, and she is still greyed out. I got the receipt, so the payment went through........ Has anyone else been able to buy Libido, or is it me :/ ?

Have you checked your inventory ?

it's in inventory, under charactersalso you can restore payments in case it happens

Yes. This is a spreading issue. You should report it to Customer Support (BTW, the Answers forum is NOT Customer Support, we just give advice there.)

Its sorted. Just needed to go out of the app. May have been a minor glitch

@mpsevert Libido is a separate character. Try rebooting your device and check your inventory again. If she isn't there you will have to contact EA for help

If you are 100% sure that Libido didn't show up in your inventory then there is very little that anyone here can do to help you as we are just players like yourself, all I can suggest is that you contact EA support again and ask politely if they can manually add the character to your game.
