library quest not completing

Didn't see any topics on this but my quest to build the library isn't completing. I definitely built the library and now everyone is free (not doing any quests or tasks) and I see "Sanctus Arx Nerdarium - Build Springfield Library 1/1" in my tasks book. But no way to remove/complete it.

The only others tasks in my book is "Make Cleetus Whittle" and one of the "Bad Dream House Pt. 3" quests to "Build Androids Dungeon" but the building isn't available to me yet...

Anyone else have this?
