Lighthouse

After I collect tonight I will be extremely close to getting the light house. If all my friends have three tappable buildings I should be 30 short. Looks like I'm going to be checking my game often today to try and get those from cleaning up. I am curious how close everyone else is to getting their light house?

I'm about halfway there. I tend to only get through half my neighbors, and if it's a crashy day I get through less than that. (Sorry, neighbors.)

Bummer. I collect in 3 phases. During smoke breaks at work and when I get around to it at home. My game only seems to crash when I collect and only after visiting several neighbors. That's one of the reason I collect in phases. The other reason is because of time issues.

I'm in about the same position as you, Direwolf. After my collection today I should be less than 100 away. Hoping for a lot of visits :)

...not really a waste when it was highly requested by fans. but as just a decoration it's a letdown.

I'm assuming you felt the same way about the olmec head and Homer's car as you feel now

But is it truly a waste? What is the reason you want it to produce $$ or XP? You use money to buy things to make your town look cool, and XP to level up so you can...buy more things, or get donuts, which you can use to buy more cool things. So yeah, the lighthouse doesn't contribute to be able to get more stuff, but it is a cool thing in itself.

In fact it is, to me, the coolest non-premium thing yet that can go in the water. So I will be happy with it. Was busy over the weekend, so I'm only halfway to it even with 100 friends, but I will be glad to get it.

Just finished collecting for today, I am 107 short of getting the lighthouse :( . I have to wait another 24 hours to check it out
