Cannot get into the Lighthouse

After patch 1, every time I try to go into the Lighthouse, whether by walking in through the Eluvian or by fast traveling, the game always crashes. I've tried to change graphics settings; I've updated my drivers. I can do everything else except get into the Lighthouse.
