Why would it be offensive to you? And so because it's "offensive" to you, the characters voiced by Phil Hartman should not be included in the game? Even though there's probably thousands of players who would want them.

I respect your wishes, but respect others as well. I for one would want Phil Hartmans characters in the game. Phil was an amazing person & having his characters in the game is a good tribute and it's not offensive to me at all.

And surely it's not offensive to any of Phil Hartmans family as they made action figures of his 2 most famous Simpsons characters after his death (who were in fact voiced)
