I really want to see Troy and Lionel added both to Tapped Out and to The Simpsons Lego line. They're two of the most popular characters in the history of the franchise still, and two of my favorites as well.
I think the "we can't do it out of respect for Phil Hartman" argument is total BS. Don't get me wrong, it makes sense for the tv show. I think having a new actor imitate Phil's voice would be a bad idea. But this game and the Lego minifigures provide the perfect opportunity to use Phil's characters because they wouldn't be voiced anyway.
I don't understand why we should pretend the characters never existed in the first place, or how that's more respectful of Hartman's legacy than including them in The Simpsons universe in this way. I think Hartman would be all for it, and what's actually insulting to his memory is to never mention the characters again.
