I respect your wishes, but respect others as well. I for one would want Phil Hartmans characters in the game. Phil was an amazing person & having his characters in the game is a good tribute and it's not offensive to me at all.
because it goes against the expressed wishes and intents of the creators of The Simpsons and the respect they had for Phil Hartman and his contributions to not only the show, but to the entertainment industry as a whole. If they were going to bring the characters back in any way, shape or form as a tribute to Hartman, then it would make infinitely more sense to do so on the show itself, and not a video game offshoot.
You keep mentioning action figures, which I don't know anything about and therefore can't speak in regards to. But the fact that they exist doesn't apply to TSTO, from what I can tell.
