Because the devs by mistake released it too soon. So they had to remove it. It will return when the actual content update gets released

As much as we all like to bash EA(with good reason), at least they're increasing the frequency of updates. We've now gotten 4 updates in the past 5 weeks. Although three of them were pretty minor, still better than a lot of freemium games that release content monthly or less. Even with all these recent updates, I'm still holding out hope we get Level 27 or maybe Easter next Thursday.
