Some of them genuinely tried to help and nothing worked, so they have sent my case to the actual developers, which should take a couple days to hear from them.. Jus keep bugging them and maybe it'll only be a week or 2, I really don't care as long as I don't miss any limited time content
Well, if they don't fix it by Sunday you will miss out on the episode tie in stuff. So lets hope the fix it fast. I can't get into my game either and I've tried everything. It's definitely an origin problem because I can play from the beginning if I don't log into origin.- Yeah I can use my other town fine, but my main town crashes on 3 different devices, 2 apple and 1 android, it even crashed for the ea team, which why they've "upgraded" my case to a specialists.. 3 times
- Bummer, I was hoping it would work on my iPad when I got home. Not working on my iPhone or Samsung Note 3 tablet.
- I keep trying like it's just going to work all of a sudden.. I'm just gonna have to wait on another email, I'm sure they'll fix it. It's just about how long till they do
- Ya, I am doing the same thing. But your right, they will fix it. Hopefully sooner then later.

- I'm in this boat too. I don't even get to the log in screen where I can try to play without logging in. I get the Gracie screen, the donut starts to spin, and then I'm back on my phone's main screen. I've posted about it in the Bugs forum and on that link where they were asking people to post. I'm getting really frustrated :cry:

I wonder if that's when the person who was helping you leaves for vacation. ;)
I cannot even IMAGINE how upset those customer service people must be at EA for CONSTANTLY putting them on the firing line. I mean, it's the job of customer service employees to deal with problems ... But one problem on top of the other, to the same customer base, and causing significant issues, and many problems tied to activities with deadlines? The Job From Hell.
