log in issues

EA says to reset your password except you can't do that unless you log in, an my account is not loading on any of my devices. Can't go to the help center like they suggest because you have to you guessed it....log in !!!

just for the record, i didnt have to reset my password...but if you want to you can reset your password on ea website

Yea I tried that you have to log in to access you account, except not letting you log in.

I have been having a problem loging into EA for hours now and have been finaly able to log into the forum.

Still cant get into Springfield tho.

you cannot use the password reset? pretty sure you can log into ea or you would not be able to log in here

ive never had to log in to reset a password...if you could log in you wouldnt have to reset password

When you go ea then you tap my account it immediately sends you to the sign in. Which never loads or you just get an error screen.

both in game and EA website have options for me to reset password without logging in..at least for me

Well over 8 hours of me not being able to play due to this problem. EA should compensate us event crafting currency and donuts for this mess. After all we are losing quite a bit of it at this rate. By my calculations it is about 100 Obols per 4 hours lost. The game at this point won't even let you attempt to sign in. You just get an error message "The EA network could not be reached at this time. Please try again later". Previously you would get an error message when attempting to log in.

Well, I can log in to the forum now, so it's at least somewhat improving....

i can log in to to the game , but within 10 secs it crashes, so im done for a while until they fix it
