Logged into game - Weird Message - Missing Items!!

here's a Customer Support link at the bottom of this page in the column labelle "Help".

Click on that, then choose "Help with a Game". Then search for Tapped Out.

Scroll all the way down on the new page, and choose "Contact Us".

Choose your platform, hit "next", complete the form.

It should give you a choice of a Live Chat or phone call.
