Strange message from EA

Opened my tablet this morning to find a nag message from EA saying that they missed me as it’s 14 days since I visited my Springfield. Only thing is that I play 4-5 times a day and usually have all free characters on 4 hour tasks (8 hour overnight) so I’ve no idea how this one has come about. Anyone else had this issue?

    This has to do with the connection to their servers. Now the servers think we haven't played for weeks. :neutral:

    Yeah I got the same message recently. 14 days as well, even though I've been on every day.
