Look for advice

Looks good so far I'd try and give the simpsons and flanders houses a bit more room and try to give them a garden as there are a lot of related things your going to want to put with them as you go along but it's a nice start

Create gardens I will do shortly as I dont have enough room for a lot of things so far!
  • Welcome to the game and to the forum! It looks like you're quite early in the game levels. One strategy that some players use is to not worry about design too much early on. Land plots are expensive when starting out and some will wait until they have more cash to design properly.

More buildings = more money = more buildings and characters to make more money = you'll get to the point where there are no more new buildings and you can start buying land and making it look nice.

I started a new game in February and what I wound up doing was grinding as hard as I could to get all the land in Springfield Heights, Then I spread out up there. It still doesn't look great but it's better than having everything crammed up together so you can't tell where one building ends and another begins.

as soon as I get the chance to get a new building I buy it with the cash when I get it as I assumed this gave me more characters and more missions?
