Weird thing happened to my Fat Tony. I got him to do the 1 hour task but he was inbetween the Brown Houses and disappeared. Even when the task finished, there was no hand guiding me so to speak. I looked through the build mode and made the buildings see-through and there he was! I clicked in the area and he appearded. Maybe yours is hiding somewhere...
