Lost Bob's Mansion and Pond

On the phone with EA and they say, "we do not see you purchasing Bob's Mansion so there is nothing we can do", this is unacceptable. They are pretty much telling me a am SOL.

Sorry to hear this, it's just wrong to be treated so badly! Hopefully, someone at EA will make it right since a few others are experiencing the same issue.
