Well, at least he has a better chance with iOS of getting his town back. It had to be saved somewhere.

Exactly how did you lose it? Did it recognize your login info, or did it have you reregister?

Also, exactly what kept you out of your town. Was it a glitch? And how did you get back in?

I wasn't playing anonymously. I have an account with origin. I was logged in. I went to play my game and it said servers couldn't be reached. This went on for a couple of days. When I finally got back into my game it was back at level 1.

The only thing I did was restart my ipad.

Sorry in advance for asking the obvious question, but are you sure you're *still* logged in. Sometimes after a crash or lockout, the games automatically logs you off.

Yep. I had to enter my password.
