I too was wondering a few of these:........ Do I have to start all these quests NOW?

looks like the characters/skins questlines doesn't have a end date.
the kill date is ofcourse associated with the main questline though.
no questline is associated with other quests.
you can do them in any order (the side ones like Dame or Opera Krusty)
