I don't tend to rush to buy unlimited items, I like to save my donuts to see what else comes along first. That being said, he's not a bad character and I had fun decorating his building.
Imagined it in the vein of the old Russian places that were super hard core so mine has an ambulance outside it and barbed wire fence so the gymnast don't try to run away from their training.
What an awesome idea. Lugash definitely reminds me of that one crazy Russian gymnast coach from the Olympics a few years back.
