Lvl 46 Bonus XP Bar is not a glitch
Yes, but that doesn't mean that it will be permanently like this. If you remember, during some last year events (in fact, it may be Halloween 2013 - not sure) XP bar was set to high values (around million) to prevent bonuses during the event, but after event normal XP bar was restored.
