Glitch?

So I logged on to the game and I was planning to use a zeta and I saw I had enough for 2 zeta upgrades. Which is weird since I needed 1 more zeta to do even 1 zeta ability upgrade yesterday. As I was scrolling through trying to figure out who to zeta I noticed my Hera was showing an upgrade available. When I checked her out it turns out my zeta had been refunded on her and I can’t figure out why. Is this a glitch or an update?
