Major glitch

I've been having this problem since December - good luck! I've talked to them a handful of times with the last time them telling me its escalated as far as it can go and that calling/emailing them will only move my ticket down the list.. So just wait it out is pretty much my only option.

I agree its too long - sadly there are some who've been having this problem longer than me. It's really unfortunate - I enjoy this game but am starting to think about just quitting it. What's the point in playing when a portion of the "features" do not work and the company shows no interest in fixing it.

I just got off the phone with EA got the standard there's nothing we can do... It makes no sense they roll the game back to a specific point. I understand losing the items I'd purchased but for my donut total not to return to the amount I had at that time is a joke. How can they justify it? Lucky I used KEM farming to get them but it still took quite a while. I'll keep pushing the point don't think they want to return the 350 missing though.
