Manager Cletus
I’ve read elsewhere that Manager Cletus is included in the current mystery box, but I’ve not unlocked this despite clearing the box and EA Support has been less than helpful - is anyone able to clarify?

- He's supposed to be bundled with his monster truck, do you happen to have that somewhere in your town?
- I got the monster truck from the mystery box, but no Manager Cletus, not sure why that would be?
- Did you check your inventory/people? I’ve had this happen and that’s where I’d find em. Would assume they’d just be available but sometimes they need to be um..activated? :wink:
- Yep, nothing in the inventory either, and not showing as unlocked in the character screen either. Has anyone successfully received Manager Cletus with the monster truck as part of this event?
- Have you tried storing cletus and the truck together? Then bring out cletus first, and truck second. If that doesn't trigger the skin, i would then contact EA help through the in game link.
- Yeah no luck with storing and replacing either! I’ll try EA Help again but their last response was to post on this Forum…
- Same happened here... Only truck, no Cletus skin!
