It looks like Homer kicks off the quest. It's good to know Matt Groening's free (I hope) but I may still get the rabbit.

The Mutant Rabbit apparently only has 8 and 12 hr tasks (says spAnser). So you'd be spending 75 donuts on a nuisance.

He's been in a couple episodes.. Earlier episodes he was portrayed as an old western looking man

I just love Homer's comment about the ark and the boat, because a modern translation of the Bible has just been published in Danish in which the ark is no longer an ark but a boat.
