Am I to understand that the Matt Groening building/character are NOT limited time? That is, they don't vanish at the end of the tie-in? I HOPE they stay around, since $80,000 is A LOT of money for a low-level player to gather up in just a short time with few characters and/or buildings to collect from. I remember a time when I couldn't afford to grow a crop so I could earn money from the farm. $80,000 wasn't even a number in my wildest dreams.

It doesn't SAY it's time-limited on the store-menu -- it just says "new" ... and that it doesn't unlock yet ... but did it say to hurry before the episode? Aren't tie-in things usually time-limited?

i cant find the building on any of the store tabs, locked or unlocked.

You need homer free to unlock the quest. Once you do 2 jobs the building comes up. Its unknown if its limited but tiein items usually are so better hurry

I am glad this is a permanent option. but I am not sure how essential it is to do this quest to move forward in the game. I don't feel like spending loads of money on this one building if I don't really need to, to continue in the game. Any Opinions on this? :?: 8)
