max item count up to 9500

the warnings come every 150 items after the recommended count is reached. so right now, the increments are at 6500, 6650, 6800, 6950, 7100, 7250, 7400, 7550, 7700, 7850, 8000, 8150, 8300, 8450, 8600, 8750, 8900, 9050, 9200, 9350, with max at 9500. doesn't show the count at 9500, just says max, so if you're going straight to that, then you have somewhere between 9350 and 9500 items in your town.

Right now, I can place 21 items before I reach the max screen... So I guess that puts me at 9479 :/

I just recently exchanged 2 short for 1 long track = 85 more spots then all my holo-stuff/% I swapped with ones I have in my designe = 92 + update =192
