Mayan Marge is completely broken if you are just now buying her.
The quest won't trigger, so three of her tasks (including both visual ones) are locked. I'm also pretty sure that one of her visual tasks requires the Mayan Homer skin. I was hoping that might unlock somewhere, but I'm not sure. Maybe it doesn't work because they forgot to offer Mayan Homer this time. So far this is the worst purchase you could make.
I was getting bored of the other Marge skins, and we haven't gotten any new ones in a long time. They made this unnecessarily complicated by leaving out the Homer skin. Hopefully they will give it to us with a patch.
I have added this problem to the BUGS list in bugs & issues, EA never learn do they? They recently released Luke Stetson and several players didn't have the necessary buildings to do that quest line, now this. :disappointed: Here is Mayan Marge's quest line, taken from wikia and details added to bugs list:

I hope they get it fixed. This seems to be a continuous problem with new characters and skins. If they are going to offer something, they should offer the other buildings/characters need for their task list. We should be able to make a choice of buying them to complete the tasks or not.
This question/comment is probably going to come off as stupid, but I’m trying to understand from the posts in this thread exactly what’s going on. Is the Mayan quest line being triggered (i.e., it shows up in the task list but is nevertheless blocked) or is it not being triggered? If it is being triggered, then, yes, this is a bug of the sort that we've seen in the past. But if it’s not being triggered, then I don’t understand how this can considered a bug. Annoying perhaps, but bug, no.
If you don't have the Mayan Homer skin, no quest is triggered and half of her tasks (including all of the visual ones) are locked until "Quest." I never said it was a "bug" but the Homer skin is essential to unlocking the other tasks and using one of her visual tasks.
