Mega playscape upgrades
After the act1 my playground is not yet fully upgraded... how can we upgrade it?

ok what happens is: if you can't get them to fortify to max (you fortify but they don't increase) you need to destroy it completely and then refortify completely then it's fully done after going through all phases :/
