Mega playscape upgrades
After the act1 my playground is not yet fully upgraded... how can we upgrade it?

Can anybody confirm if the theory of... “if your playscape and junkbase hits a certain point where it will not repair fully, attack completely and then re-fortify” - does that actually work? I’m currently stuck on a couple of the fences that are broken on both the PS and JB no matter how many times I sent characters to only fortify them. God damn.
