Mega playscape upgrades
After the act1 my playground is not yet fully upgraded... how can we upgrade it?

I couldn't get mine completely Fortified In any of my 3 towns, so I Assaulted them all over and over... And even though they were pretty much evenly Fortified it took different amounts of time to Assault them down to the base. I'd Assault and nothing would change.
I had them all almost Fortified all the way up and then I had to Assault one of them to complete a Daily Challenge. Now it's messed up and won't Fortify back to completion. I think maybe it's to do with Assaulting and Fortifying at the same time. I have to Assault again for another Challenge, so I think I'll JUST Assault both of them and then Fortify afterwards to see if that fixes it.
