With no downtime, I really haven't felt like doing any real designing, so now my town is currently organized into "bubbles" that are just the right size for a single fully upgraded IRS tap, and sorted based on the payout timers. There's also one long double strip of road to gather the outdoor characters. It makes clearing my town a breeze (comparatively). It's not pretty anymore, but maybe someday when the constant events slow down I might find time to actually decorate again.

What are you talking about? Your slow re-design must have taken you a real long time. I think it is brilliant. Really inventive.
NOT a Messy Town at all. You should post pics. I don't even care where your roads are. It's like coming out of a Mall and walking into an art gallery.
