There are 2 buildings that generates donuts which are Lard Lad Donut Factory and CostMo but they both have been available once in the last 2 black Friday events. You had to buy either the Boatload of Donuts or an overall total of 2400 donuts from the other donut purchases in order to get the LLDF or CM during Black Friday.
