Missing handshakes

Annettemarc I visited your town about 4 hours ago. I visit all my friends every day whether there's an event or not. I've gotten messages that you have visited, but there's only been handshakes from you a couple of times. The same thing happens when other friends visit. I get a message that they've visited, but there's no handshakes.
