Missing handshakes

OMG! I am *so* glad I checked this forum and saw this thread. I was about to delete some neighbours, but I knew there was a handshake problem, so I hesitated to do so. Since I play on an Android & visit another of my towns on an iDevice, I thought it might have been an issue with cross platforms as I don't see the taps I make from this account in my other town. I guess I'll just wait it out until the next event at least. :)
