Sometimes when hij scroll to fast in your town, it looks likes your hiuses are replaced by something else , its a "glitch?" One day I had Otto working on his bus, I scrolled to fast and there he was lying, cut in half only his legs we visible, the were on the grassyard of one of my pink houses :) - Let's see. I have seen a flying, exploding dumpster over a phantom Luigi's:
