- If there really is a moderator then can I enlist your help oh holy mod? Because EA customer service isn't responding to me.

I believe that really depends on the issue don't you think? I'm sure the new moderators each bring their own set of skills to be able to with with issues to the best of their abilities. I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss them as simple post editors.- Here here :-) and they made good choices with the ones they chose :-)

I agree, but the moderators are people who were already on this forum. They just got promoted to moderator.
So whatever help they can give I'm sure they were already giving before their promotions- He isn't saying the only skill set they have are "simple post editors" but that EA did not give them any special abilities beyond other forum members that can impact your game.
So yes they might have knowledge to assist, however that does not have to do with them being moderators. So as such getting assistance with whatever problem, would most likely be solved more rapidly by finding an appropriate thread to post in or creating one about that problem. If everytime people have in in-game issue they make thread asking for mod assistance in the subject or pming them, we will have a mass of pointless threads with unclear titles and annoyed mods.
And on that note... maybe the mods could work on a single add me thread per sub forum, so that interesting threads don't get buried under useless repeats. FrinksIntern wrote:

Don't put words in my mouth. I didn't call them "simple" anything, and I certainly wasn't dismissive. The poster above me asked about a customer service issue, and I stand by my statement, that's not their job. If you want to waste your time asking them to refund your donuts, or whatever other in-game issue you're having, go for it, just promise to hold your breath.Mjr1124 wrote:
