Bushes can be moved while tasked so yes it is possible.

Can't you move the bush that Mo or Zutroy are hiding in? That would make the task of getting the screen shot easier.

With 2000+ posts I would have thought you'd already seen this very common scenario. We post pictures like this in the Showcase section. There's a thread called "Things you don't see too often" with Moe spying on a lot of different things. The link is also in my Sig.

Yes you can put Zutroy and Moe together:

Go to the build menu, deselect the characters, and then you can tap and select the bush Moe is hiding in. You move the bush and Moe goes with it!

This also works with Lisa and Homer while they are collecting trash. If you ever want to move Homer somewhere, that's how you do it.
