Money Mountain Glitch

have you finished "Make Monty Moneybags Mount the Money Mountain" (24 hours) and checked your inventory after that?

    Just checked the inventory again to be sure. No skins/costumes. =( for the breakdown: I still have the Golden teddy bear icon, and there is a "Done" message under the Ain't No Mountain High Enough Part 11." I still have the 3-hr, 10-hr, and 32-hr tasks for Mr. Burns. There was an upgrade icon on top of the Money Mountain which I tapped but no other messages appeared.

    Sometimes when I finish a quest, the reward window gets hidden and doesn't complete right. Try tapping the quest icon again and it might bring up the quest reward window so you can complete it.

    I'll try again for now. I already sent Mr. Burns for the 3-hr quest and rushing it with donuts, to no avail. I also tried storing the Money Mountain as well as the Power Plant (to store Mr. Burns) but nothing. I'm stuck, hopefully just for now.

    I'm actually having the same problem with all of my current quests (four of them). I tap on the icon and is says, "Done!" but that's it.

    More annoying is all the characters involved in the quests still show up in the list first, but not in yellow type, so I still have to scroll down to whatever I really want for each character every time.

    In addition to storing the items, I've tried opening it on both devices, and even deleting the app from my tablet and reinstalling, but no change. ARG!!!

    Also having the issue with my tasks not being able to complete. I have tried all the known troubleshooting steps, except contacting EA (which will wait until tomorrow if I have to).

    I thought this was just me because I purchased some characters and was going through questlines.

    I have a couple I was able to force remove, i visited my neighbors and came back and it was able to complete. I have a jimbo task that I cannot get to close.

    Seems to be an EA thing for sure though and not our games which makes me feel a little more relieved.

    UPDATE:

    This morning I logged on and all four of my "done/undone" tasks ticked off at once. Maybe the game just needed a nap? :lol:

    Same for me - maybe the game was having a lazy Sunday moment yesterday... Glad to hear your issue resolve too. :D
