I haven't even unlocked all of Springfields regular ocean/land! I had to buy about 4 more plots of ocean just to squeeze more boats and boat houses in. I finally got the super yacht.
I already had pier going to SH too, but I wasn't finished. I guess I'll finish the rest of it with the fancy tiles. I don't like them though.
does anyone know how to place the Elite Yacht club? No matter where I move it (it wont go on water, or beach and I cant drag it onto land) it's red and won't place. - ETA: Never mind, I got it to place. It must go partly in the water and on the beach, so you can't have anything right on the shore. :/
