Most confusing event ever

Been playing for a few years. Do almost every event to completion. But can't wrap my brain around this one. The in game guide is of no use, and between Norbert's tasks, the various items to collect and the plague, it is hard to know what is really happening. Even the airplane tickets seem to have no logic. Where do they come from? How do I get them? They just seem to be random.

As for prizes, the system just seems bugged. Today my wife got Norbert as a character and a plane, that I have not gotten. Meanwhile, I got my globe weeks ago and she has yet to get one. I still enjoy the game and have invested too much time and money in it to probably ever quit. But if I was brand new to this game, I would have quit during this event (and in fact, know a few people who did).

    Thanks for the reply... I figured out it's the planebot. Which I was lucky enough to see is still in the store so I got it! Yay!

    Placing it was not easy. Sometimes I wonder why their pieces don't fit together better. I assume there's not much quality control in the design Dept, because it's not uncommon. But I think I managed a decent runway and jetway area. In fact I'm thinking about hosting a contest.
