Moving to Springfield Heights!
I'm really not going to design anything until I get all the plots and buildings. But do like idea of sending all my mansions and such to SH.

Those sound like some interesting ideas.
I also am waiting to update, but plan on moving up some of my mansions and shops once I start the expansion. I like the idea of moving the minimum security prison up, as I never really had the space for it and just placed it where I could fit it basically. It goes well with the idea of white collar crime paying for the high priced real estate. Adding the prep school also is intriguing, but I think I will move Waverly Elementery up to SH first. I also plan on working in some of my Zenith City buildings to mix up the neighborhoods.
I haven't purchased any of the level 55 premium items, was waiting until after the Tap Ball event. Now I plan on previewing them in SH and may place those there. After the donut issues are resolved, of course.
