Museum banner
No banner on mine. I've seen it before though.

- I thought it had the banner as its "occupied" animation when someone was doing a task there.
However, no-one has tasks for it so I've only ever seen it during events (eg. being haunted at Halloween 2013, spied on for Stonecutters). - I noticed the banner one day last week! I have no idea why, but I thought it was cool.

Yeah I first noticed this during the Stonecutters event. I loved it also!!
