My Complaint about the Super Hero Event

EA has always been crap at scaling. :?

Thanks Rich. Hopefully, someone will post a pic of their Times building, to show the scaling. I didn't want to capture my neighbor's as to protect their privacy, as I don't have their permission.

Just noticed, that's 3 apartment buildings in the front.

Have you seen the store front yet? Is that scaled right?

Just saw ZCT in a neighbours town. It isn't much bigger than the Marge tetherball statue in height. Only a Funzo could fit through the door.

It really isn't a pinnacle of design either. I won't be too upset if I'm not able to craft it.

Wow the ZCT building really isn't a skyscarper!?

Yes I saw it in a neihbours town as well the times building I say it's a little taller then ziff corp, as far as crafting I'll be happy with one building each

Yep, I had the same thought. I started to fool around with some ideas for how to arrange them until I saw how badly they scale in a neighbor's town. Now, everything's on hold.

Love how you arranged the three apartments. I suspect the other buildings will be dispersed throughout my town. Maybe the lofts would go well with Ziff Corp? The comically undersized Times building will be a challenge, but I'm thinking it might make sense to put it next to a 3D elevation to help force perspective?

Really just thinking aloud here. I'm often grateful for the oddities in certain buildings and try to view them as an opportunity to do something unusual. But when it comes to screwy scaling there's very little one can do except play with perspective.

The complex of the three buildings at the front is very nice but with the buildings being that off in scale I'm even less happy about crafting (I wanted to make a Zenith themed area but I unless I'm able to craft multiples of everything I think they'll all be in storage)

Crafting = the new way to make me annoyed at a fun event.
