Been having the same problem since the event started. Some days are worse than others. I usually end up having to stop using the "next" button and go back to the main friends page to continue going without problems but even that doesn't always work...

Is it your phone that is making it crash or is it the peoples towns you are trying to visit that are making it crash?? I have about 3 towns i cannot visit when i do the rounds, i either miss them out of visit let the XP icon come up and let the game crash and then go back and continue :roll: I used to be able to visit 100 people in about 30-40mins now it taking about an hour :roll:

well the game has always been a little slower on my phone but since the event started its been crashing in general. first it started when i was visiting friends' towns. I noticed it was crashing with the ones with lots of premium items so I avoided those. And then it was friends' towns in general and now it's when i collecting my presents or looking for feds in my own town. It is probably my phone but I never really had problems before. And it sounds like I am not the only one with problems. I don't think I will get a new phone just for the game... sorry :P

I also have a iPhone6+. I visit all 82 of my friends in 9-10 minutes. I have ZERO lag, and have been playing since day 1, and have used all Apple devices. I have played in a iPhone 4, Ipad 2, Ipad Air, and Iphone 6+. What I would check on your phone is the amount of free space/memory. You NEED around 5GB free on your device to allow the game to run smooth.

I have the same problems. every time i'm visiting neighbours the game is crashing. And at my town it is almost impossible to play because all of the lag i have. I got an Asus tablet and enough memory

Nice, all my Santa's tasks is deleted and all Christmas Quest must be started again! Thanks EA! I'm done now

I started having the game crash problem. Game would crash in my town, a friends town, while loading. Just random. Sometimes crash after a few seconds of play, sometimes after 15 minutes.

I tried deleting cache, uninstalled/reinstalled game, rebooting phone, everything anyone would say to try. Nothing worked. Finally (after many, many months) I reset my phone then installed tsto and ever since game has worked without issues.

I am noticing a little more lag in towns I know have reached maximum deco limit AND have a full house of Feds. Some times those towns crash me so I try to try in n out faster.

If a neighbor becomes known as a game crasher, I have to drop them. Can't slow my flow!

I know with my phone i will never have 5gb free memory :shock: But worth knowing about tho :)

I think it all depends on which server your game is on. EA has many servers running this game I'm sure, if the server your game is saved to is under or needs maintenance, your game could be affected.
